Case Study

Ed – West Street Tenant

When Ed first moved here, he was very reluctant to socialise with his new neighbours as he felt nervous, but after support from staff, he felt more confident and has made some new friends.

Eds favourite part about living here is the staff because they are friendly and helpful.

Ed feels like he is more relaxed since moving here and feels like he can talk to staff about anything. He feels safer since moving here and appreciates the staff that support with shopping, dinner and money.

Ed says that he used to struggle with drinking, but since being at Willow Mews, he has cut down a lot and now feels happier for it.

The location was perfect for Ed since we are close to his workplace and close to town.

Overall, Ed says this is by far the most favourite place he has lived and has kindly rated us an 11/10!

“He feels safer since moving here and appreciates the staff that support with shopping, dinner and money.”
