Specialist Supported Living
Empowering Independence in the Community
Our Supported Living Scheme provides high-quality care and support to 27 tenants with learning disabilities and complex associated conditions, helping each individual live as independently as possible within the local community.
We understand that complex needs require tailored, person-centred approaches. That’s why our experienced and compassionate team works closely with each tenant to develop personalised support plans focused on promoting independence, choice, and dignity. From daily living skills to emotional wellbeing, we empower individuals to achieve their goals in a way that suits their abilities and preferences.
The scheme is built around creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment, where tenants are encouraged to participate in community life, develop meaningful relationships, and take control of their own lives. Whether it’s support with personal care, communication, or accessing local services, we ensure that every person receives the right level of assistance, without compromising their independence.
We are proud that our service has been rated ‘GOOD’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a reflection of our commitment to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care that makes a real difference.
