Message from Peter Thompson, Managing Director. 
It is always good to see the successes of the people we support and our staff in the newsletters. It shows how we continuously improve as an organisation, and it’s great to see people enjoying their involvement with Southend Care.

We are pleased to welcome Charlene Adutwim as our new Director of Operations, who will lead our operational services in the changing times ahead.

We now know that Southend will become part of a new local authority area from 2028, and we look forward to the opportunities that this will bring for us to develop our services to more people.
