Hi, my name is Sean, and I’m proud to be the Head Chef at Brook Meadows House.

I joined Southend Care in February 2024, bringing with me over 11 years of experience in catering and food service. Most of my career has been spent working in the care sector, where I’ve developed a strong passion for delivering high-quality meals using the best local and sustainable ingredients.
