Development of Children's Services - consultancy opportunity

Southend Care Ltd invites qualified experts or organisations in children's services development to submit a costed proposal for developing children’s services within the company.

Southend Care are an established provider of services to adults since 2017, supporting over 1000 people per year in a range of services.

The board are now considering the development of children and young person’s services, initially supported living for younger people, and potentially registered children’s homes.

At this stage we are inviting proposals which will provide the board of with a fully costed plan of how Southend Care Ltd could develop cost effective, quality supported living for 16 – 25 years old.  The proposal should create between 15 – 25 placements and cover issues such as registration, property types, costings, staffing, quality assurance, and training. It should acknowledge and leverage the relationship with the council.

At this stage we are seeking an initial proposal of not more than 2 sides of A4 outlining how you would do the work within a window of Nov 25 – End of Jan 26. Your proposal should include details of how you would undertake the work, an estimated number of days, your proposed the day rate for this work, and the CVs of who would be undertaking this work, and details of previous experience of this work.

The work is outside IR35. An ongoing relationship of further consultancy may be available on an advisory basis should the business plan proposals be taken forward.
