David Blair

My name is David Blair, and I moved into Westwood House from a nursing home a few months ago. I am very happy with my flat and the support I receive. I wanted to do more things for myself when I moved, and the staff help me to do this.

I am limited due to my vision impairment, but I do what I can and over time would like to do more. The staff are always happy to support me when I ask.

I have a PA, Dawn, that I am very fond of and I look forward to her visits.

Although it’s something I never used to do, I now get involved in some of the activities on offer at Westwood. I think I will enjoy these more once my hearing aids are working as they should.

I am very happy that I made the move to Westwood and feel much more positive about my future.
