About The Role
Our residential home, Brook Meadows House are looking for individuals who care about making lives better to join our friendly, supportive team to provide support and care to our residents, maximising their independence and health and wellbeing.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme, as well as offering pathways for progression across the company. This is a great role and environment for those either looking to progress or to start their career within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain and develop a high standard of care for our residents by being aware of their individual needs and adhering to their care plan
- Encourage our residents to develop their daily living skills and support them to continue to as independently as possible
- Be committed to a person-centred approach, acting as the residents advocate, helping them to acheive the outcome they desire and in doing so, help promote their health, safety and wellbeing
- Take ownership and accountability for the delivery of high quality care, taking appropriate action in reporting incidents or safeguarding concerns
- Work as 'one team' to ensure our residents are provided with the care and support they deserve, by demonstrating our core values on a daily basis
