Exciting New Opportunity – Senior Finance Analyst  

Are you a qualified or part qualified finance analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding role with an organisation that makes a difference in the community?

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time senior financial analyst to become part of a newly formed finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with the management accountant and directors in ensuring excellent financial management and governance is applied, and to support with the growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• To support the Management Accountant and finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting and analysis to the Board and Senior Management Team.
• To support with the financial modelling of business opportunities and re-shaping of existing services, where required.

• Provide support to all members of the finance team and play a key role in building a ‘can do’ culture with strong governance across all aspects of finance and contract management.
• Deputise in the absence of the Management Accountant, including attending internal meetings and external meeting including Board and SMT meetings where required

The successful applicant will have proven experience within a financial analyst role, with a high level of attention to detail.

Experience of working in health and social care, or a regulated sector would be advantageous.
