Intervention Facilitators £11.08 an hour plus mileage

Intervention Facilitators work in the community providing assistance to people in their own homes. The focus is on encouraging people to be able to perform tasks for themselves but personal care will form part of this role. All employees are expected to be committed to social justice and to report and respond to any and all cases of suspected abuse in line with the SET (Southend, Essex & Thurrock) Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Guidelines
