Employee of the Season – Karen Higley

Karen Higley was voted as our Employee of the Season for the Summer season.

Karen’s nominator noted how Karen was the ‘go to’ person and never makes staff, residents or their relatives feel like she is too busy to help them. Her willingness to help people means she often overruns her normal working day. She was also said to be a champion of diversity by embracing differences as well as encouraging people to lead by example.  Well done Karen, your work is greatly appreciated by your colleagues!
