Benedicte Nisingizwe has been awarded ‘Employee of the Season’.

Congratulations to Benedicte Nisingizwe who is our latest ‘Employee of the Season’. She was nominated by her colleagues who recognised her positivity in everything she does as well as her popularity with both staff and Tenants alike. She has stepped up to the challenge of being Shift Leader and always has a ‘can do’ approach to any new challenge. She has proven to be an invaluable asset at West Street and also to Southend Care.
